RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Comode, we want you to feel confident when buying from us, that’s why we offer a 30-day free return policy.
If by any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached.
Our company policies can only approve size exchanges, or model exchange, we will receive your product and exchange it for the right size or model that fits your needs.
All the returns are subject to quality approval.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of original shipping in the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest for you not having any perfume or deodorant on when trying on garments.
For health reasons we ask you to wear panties when trying on the garments. Any garment returned, whether used or soiled, will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with the return prepaid label as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed.
For orders outside the United States, the customer has to ship back and pay the international shipment to our warehouse, and the international shipping is not refundable just the value of the garment.
Typical processing time for exchanges and refunds is 7-10 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing or PayPal account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware that it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price).

We would like to know in advance if the credit card or the bank account you had used when you first purchased the garment is closed or detained in some way, all that to assure you a successfully performed refund's wire into your account or credit card mentioned above. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience and misunderstandings when the refund is being made.
Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to ten percent restocking fee.
Please note that for health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly Shorts and some, but not all, girdles and panties) are considered "FINAL SALE" which means we are unable to accept them for return. Final sale items are always noted in their respective pages, and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart prior to starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are considered final sale.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. Discount coupons or vouchers are not valid on clearance items.
